The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas) is taking part in the 42nd session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, which is taking place from 09 to 27 September 2019 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.


Corcas is represented in the official delegation of the Kingdom of Morocco by Moulay Ahmed Mghizlate, member of the Council and Hassan Sbaï, chief of staff. 


During the three-week session, the Council is expected to consider nearly 90 reports from 25 experts, panels, commissions of inquiry and other human rights mechanisms, as well as the UN Secretary-General and the High Commissioner. , concerning many themes and countries.


On the other hand, the Council will also hold three panel discussions and consider, with a view to adopting, the reports of its Working Group on the Universal Periodic Review covering 14 countries.
