Moroccan diplomacy has been active with the Chinese government to ensure that these Africa-China meetings are not attended by representative of separatists at the meeting of foreign ministers and heads of State and government, said a member of Government in the 360 information website.

 HM King Mohammed VI instructed the head of government Abdelillah Benkirane to represent Morocco at this 2nd Africa-China whose works were inaugurated under the chairmanship of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The forum decided to implement ten major cooperation plans for the next three years in the areas of industrialization, agricultural modernization, infrastructure construction, financial services, green development, facilitation of trade and investment, poverty reduction, public health, exchanges between peoples as well as peace and security.

For the execution of these ten plans, China promises financial support of $ 60 billion, including $ 5 billion as zero interest loans, 35 billion dollars of preferential loans, $ 5 billion for the  Chiense-African Development Fund for the special loan for the development of African SMEs, and a China-Africa Cooperation Fund in production capacity with an initial capital of $ 10 billion.
