Receiving a delegation led by the speaker of the house of counselors ( senate) , Mohammed Cheikh Biadillah , M. Jakupov  has emphasized the importance of the political and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Morocco , Greeting the coordination between the two countries within  the regional and international bodies .

 He referred to  the necessity to develop the economic cooperation between both countries at all levels and to strengthen the bilateral partnership in the industrial  , agriculture and energetic fields.

On this occasion, Mr . Jakupov has reviewed the parliamentary experience of his country, and the action of the house of representatives composed of 109 MP’s. As to Mr. Biadilah he provided an overview about the experience of democracy and the development model of the kingdom, under the leadership of his majesty king Mohamed VI.

He pointed out efforts made by Morocco on the path of economic and justice reforms, the extension of the scope of Human rights and liberties and the fight against corruption. Mr Biadillah has raised the new amendments brought by the 2011 constitution in the fields of strengthening human rights, the consecration of mechanisms of good governance and the Principle of equality between male and female, in addition to the consolidation of the parliamentary legislation powers, emphasizing the important role granted to the parliamentary opposition in terms of legislation, monitoring government and evaluation of public policies.

He added that Morocco has initiated a new migration policy by means of regularization of the situation of foreigners, of illegal stay in the kingdom, such policy based on the respect of human rights, in conformity with the provisions of the constitution and the international commitments of the country.

As to the territorial integrity of the kingdom , the speaker of the house of councilors recalled the historical and political circumstances of the artificial conflict about the Sahara , mentioning the importance of  the Moroccan autonomy proposal as the only lasting solution  able to put an end to the conflict. 

This  autonomy proposal  aims to give a new  life to the Maghreb Arab Union  and  will allow to face the security challenges  and the building of a  common future , according to him.
