We commemorate, Saturday, July 30, the Throne Day, which coincides this year with the 12th anniversary of the enthronement of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

The Throne Day, the anniversary during which the Moroccan people proudly pay tribute to the strength of the ties that link them to the glorious Alawite Throne, this year with even stronger feelings, with the adoption of the new constitution that took place a few weeks ago.

A constitution that further strengthens the momentum of reform and consolidation of the democratization of the Kingdom and which consolidates more cohesion and unity of Moroccans around their sacred values including the unity and territorial integrity of Morocco.

This renewed momentum further strengthens the position of Morocco in the management of the Sahara issue. This consolidation is obvious with the Moroccan initiative granting autonomy to the Sahara and the establishment of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, which created a new momentum that has renewed the hope of the Sahrawi Moroccan citizens in particular and the entire Moroccan people, to end of the ordeal of the separation of families reduce tension and put an end to a sterile and artificial conflict, in the Maghreb region.

Despite the fact that the other parties persisted in their attempt to bring this issue to impasse, by blocking every effort trying to reach a solution to this issue, the unanimity of the international community on the credibility and seriousness of the Moroccan proposal. That same credibility that allows the continuation of negotiations and will achieve the final solution to this problem.

The 12th anniversary of the enthronement of His Majesty King arrives at a time when the international community is increasingly convinced of the rightness of the national cause and rights of Morocco in the Sahara, in favor of active diplomacy thanks to the farsighted vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
