Mr Khalihennea  Ould Errachid has briefed the Spanish political official about the latest developments of the  Sahara conflict ., particularly the issue concerning negotiations and the dynamism of reaching a solution thanks to the Moroccan proposal to grant a substantial autonomy to Sahraouis. This proposal which is seen as being “serious and credible”
