"Morocco is determined to intensely devote efforts and pursue honest and sincere cooperation with the UN Secretary General and his Personal Envoy (to the Sahara) in order to overcome obstacles resulting from radical and hostile positions of adversaries of Morocco’s territorial integrity," the top Moroccan diplomat told representatives.
These obstacles are detrimental not only to the negotiations process targeting a political, lasting and compromised solution, but also to the edification of an integrated, stable and secure Maghreb, Fassi Fihri added.
In this regard, Morocco "is required to show more vigilance and a harmonious coordination between the official and popular diplomacies," he added, stressing that such an approach would strengthen the domestic front and the belief in the inevitability of putting an end to this artificial conflict.
