Moroccan press says it is up to Algeria and 'Polisario' to be willing to settle Sahara issue

The UNSG report of the Sahara clearly says it is up to Algeria and the separatists to show willingness to settle the dispute over the territory, affirming the Moroccan stance to seek a political solution - "to the tension maintained by Algeria in the region" - is appropriate, several Moroccan media said on Monday.
