The Sahara autonomy plan presented by Morocco for the final settlement of the Sahara issue is based on different experiences and universally recognized international standards, said on Sunday the Jordanian daily "Al-Sabil”.

France calls for a political, just, lasting and acceptable solution to the Sahara issue within the United Nations framework, spokesman of the French Foreign Office said on Monday.
