It's time for the African Union (AU) to take the decision to exclude the so-called "sadr", former Foreign Minister of the Comoros Islands, Said Ibrahim El Maceli, said on Saturday in Tangier.

The Saudi-African Summit, held Friday in Riyadh, adopted a joint roadmap establishing as cornerstones of all cooperation between the two parties in political, security and military fields, the principles of respect for national sovereignty, non-intervention in internal affairs, good neighborliness and mutual respect as well as common interests, in accordance with international law.

The Vice-President of Burkina Faso's Transitional Legislative Assembly, Daouda Diallo, reiterated on Tuesday in Rabat his country's support for Morocco's territorial integrity, saying that "the Moroccanness of the Sahara is not debatable".

Algeria's pathological obsession with the question of the Moroccan Sahara was exposed before the 4th Committee of the UN General Assembly by the Morocco's delegation, proving, if need be, that Algeria is indeed a main party to this regional dispute.

Following the UN Security Council's vote on resolution 2703 renewing MINURSO's mandate for another year, Gabon reiterated its support for the Moroccan autonomy plan with a view to a just, lasting and mutually acceptable political solution to the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.
