Upon the announcement of the arrest of Mustapha Salma Ould Sidi Mouloud, former Polisario official, by gunmen of the separatist movement at his arrival to Tindouf camps, unanimous reaction of protest and condemnation has taken place throughout Morocco by the government, political parties and associations. The condemnation has also been unanimous at of UN international organizations, NGOs, as well as human rights associations in various world capitals.

Morocco vehemently denounced, on Wednesday, the arrest of Mustapha Salma Ould Mouloud on his way to the camps of Tindouf, in Algeria, to join his family.

Mustapha Salma Ould Sidi Mouloud was arrested on Tuesday evening by the militia of polisario upon his arrival in the border post leading to the Tindouf camps, coming from the Mauritanian territory, international media reported on Tuesday.

Rguibat-Sellam tribe leaders and dignitaries urged the UN and human rights NGOs to intervene for the release of all the persons arrested in the Tindouf camps, condemning this situation that violates human dignity and human rights.

The Sahrawis want to recover their right stolen by the polisario which does not represent them, Mustapha Salma Ould Sidi Mouloud, chief inspector of the polisario's police, said.
