The sixth round of informal talks on the Sahara, held on March 7-9 in Mellieha ( Malta), was an opportunity to raise a number of observations on the limits of the so-called polisario's proposal, based on obsolete theses regarding their inapplicable reference and content, Morocco's Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri said Thursday in Rabat.
