OCAPROCE International held yesterday, Thursday, June 19, with CORCAS participation, a roundtable at the Palais des Nations in Geneva on the theme: "Empowering women in conflict zones," on the sidelines of the second regular session of the UN Human Rights Council which will end next week.

In partnership with the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, OCAPROCE International is organizing Tuesday June 17 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva round table on the theme: "The role of women in the field of mediation and conflict resolution" on the sidelines of the annual session of the second regular of the UN Human Rights Council (10 - June 27).

Swedish author said and Lasse Wilhelmson stressed relevance of the Moroccan autonomy proposal to put an end to the dispute over the Sahara.

The HRC opened yesterday the works of its June session, the second session of the year. It will take place in Geneva from June 10-27, 2014. Morocco participates with a delegation comprising several members including Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat and Mrs. Saadani Maouelainin.

A trip to and from the provinces of Laayoune and Smara was held Thursday as part of the family exchange program between Tindouf camps on Algerian territory and the Kingdom’s southern provinces by the High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
