A parliamentary delegation from the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of El Salvador visited Laayoune on Wednesday to inquire about the development momentum in the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region in various fields.

Morocco reiterated, Wednesday in Addis Ababa, before the African Union Peace and Security Council, the priority of the United Nations Security Council in maintaining international peace and security, as a fundamental principle for financing peace support operations led by the African Union and authorized by the UN Security Council, on a case-by-case basis.

Bolivian Deputy Samantha Nogales has publicly endorsed Morocco's Autonomy Initiative for the Sahara, describing it as the only viable solution to the ongoing regional dispute over the southern provinces of the Kingdom.
