The President of the Parliament of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC), Évariste Ngamana, reiterated on Tuesday in Rabat the unwavering support of CEMAC member states for Morocco’s sovereignty over the Sahara.

French Minister Delegate for Gender Equality and the Fight against Discrimination, Aurore Bergé, on Monday reiterated her country’s steadfast position on the Moroccan Sahara, affirming that the present and future of the Sahara “lie fully within the framework of Moroccan sovereignty.”

Saint Lucia reiterated its support for the Moroccan autonomy initiative deeming it "the compromise solution" to the regional dispute over the Sahara.

Forty countries reaffirmed Thursday their support for Morocco's full sovereignty over its southern provinces during the 59th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, held from June 16 to July 9 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.

Sierra Leone reaffirmed before the UN Committee of 24 (C-24) its explicit support for the Autonomy initiative presented by Morocco in order to put an end to the regional dispute over the Sahara.
