Representatives of  British NGO’s have denounced , Wednesday massive violations of human rights committed  in Tindouf camps, in Algeria, calling the international community to intervene in order to put an end to the  state of siege imposed on the confined illegally population in these camps.

During subsidiary debate held in the House of parliament, and requested by the labour party MP Jeremy Coryn, slavery practices, encouraged by the “Polisario leadership» were mentioned, “these past and abolished practices by the world exist unfortunately nowadays in a region which is legally speaking part of the Algerian territory “the participants mentioned during this meeting, an inquiry led recently in the camps of Tindouf by two Australian journalists.

The international community should intervene to shed a light on this scandal, they added, denouncing equally the torture and repression committed by the “Polisario”executives against men, women, and children in Tindouf camps.

The interveners have equally underlined that hundreds of children are taken by force from their families and deported to Cuba, where they have to put up with the worse abuse and violations regardless of their basic rights of education, health, and a dignified and stable life among theirs.

Equally, the British NGOs have condemned the diversion of humanitarian aid destined to the sequestered population by Polisario officials, a reality noticed, as they have indicated, by many independent and international observers.

The interveners have called the international community to act in favour of the lifting of the state of siege imposed on the sequestered populations in Tindouf camps, in order to allow them to join their relatives in the southern provinces of Morocco.

They have equally insisted to underline efforts of democratisation, and re enforcement of the culture of human rights that Morocco does not spare to allow, these efforts, as they have indicated, are known and recognised by the entire international community.

In the same order of idea, the British NGOs representatives underlined that the Moroccan initiative for negotiating an autonomy statute for the Sahara region, within the Moroccan sovereignty is part of the process of democracy, adopted by Morocco an irreversible choice.

They have equally underlined that this initiative qualified ‘serious and credible’ by the UN Security Council, and many other countries, was supported by 121British member of Parliament.

It is worth reminding that the 121 MPs of the House of Commons, have recently signed a support motion to the Moroccan initiative for negotiating an autonomy statute for the Sahara region, in this motion, British MPs, who represent all UK political parties underlined “to have favourably welcomed the Moroccan initiative to grant a substantial autonomy to The Sahara». They have added that this initiative “offers the opportunity to answer the separatist’s claims, and guarantee to all sahraouis an important role in the institutions of the region, while recognising the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of Morocco”

It was clear that the separatists who have taken part of the discussion were destabilised by relevant remarks made by British NGOs representatives, and they were forced to recognize that “the humanitarian aid was actually diverted by certain persons”, they also recognized that “young sahraouis are sent to Cuba, and other countries» they have even, to the surprise of the audience, scanned slogans pro Cuba.
