In this context Mr Loulichki took note of their “one-sided words» and wondered “if all these violations mentioned are real? How come both Dahna Rahmouni and Hmad Hammad who intervened on behalf of “ France liberte and the international Union of socialist youth» have been able to leave  Moroccan territories without being worried  ; the Moroccan Ambassador added by saying that their presence in Geneva as such is the best denial to their allegations .He made it clear that these persons have left Morocco with Moroccan passports, and will go back without fear. Isn’t it an eloquent expression of Moroccan respect to the right of freedom of circulation in addition to their other basic rights? The Moroccan ambassador wondered.

If these violations are real, he added, how could the speakers possibly explain that within the framework of family visits organized by the High commission of refugees several persons who came from Tindouf camps have expressed their desire to go back again to the Moroccan southern provinces to be near their families, whereas others have simply opted to, remain in Morocco.

The Moroccan ambassador noted that governmental and non governmental delegations, in addition to the international media and members of Parliament have not reported any of these so-called violations, they have instead testified the social, economic, and cultural development, and the climate of freedom, and serenity over the Moroccan territory.

Mr Loulichki reminded of the recent legislative elections of which the percentage of participation varies between 50% & and 62% at Oued Eddahab lagiura, whereas the average participation was 37% only all over the kingdom.

As to the representative of the movement anti-racism and for friendship between peoples, the Moroccan ambassador reminded him, that when the UN security council recommended the search for a political solution, acceptable by all parties it was “Morocco, and only Morocco that represented a substantial autonomy plan within the Moroccan sovereignty, and the national unity of the kingdom, in order to create dynamism for the negotiations”

The representative of the movement anti-racism and for friendship between peoples did not mention not even one word about the suffering of thousands of Sahraoui detainees in Tindouf camps, the denial of their basic rights, the indoctrination they undergo, and executions which is the fate of those who expresses dissident views.

 As far as Mr LOULICHKI is concerned “the international community knows and recognizes the Moroccan democratic lead, and its experience in terms of promoting human rights, thinks to the voluntarism and courageous policy oh his Majesty king Mohamed VI”
