The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid said that " Majesty King Mohammed VI, enacts a new policy regarding the Western Sahara issue, economically, socially, historically and culturally. This policy aims to resolve the Sahara issue once and for all, in a way that guarantees the national, North African and African development.
