The region of Dakhla-Oued Eddahab recorded the highest success rate of school candidates at the national level, with 93.83%, at the end of the ordinary and remedial sessions of the national standard baccalaureate examination, for the year 2021, announced the Regional Academy of Education and Training (AREF).


The success rate of female candidates who passed the ordinary and remedial sessions reached 96.84%, said a statement from the AREF Dakhla-Oued Eddahab.


Some 1,676 candidates out of a total of 1,971, all streams combined, have obtained the baccalaureate for 2021, including 886 girls, a success rate of 85.03%.


The number of candidates who passed the catch-up session of the unified examination of the Baccalaureate is 348 out of a total of 513, including 157 female candidates. Of this total figure, the success rate of school candidates is about 80.69%, while 54.72% are free candidates, according to data from the AREF.


The academy also welcomed the active support of local authorities, security services, the family of education and training in the region and parents of candidates, highlighting the efforts of all stakeholders to achieve this national deadline, despite the conditions related to the pandemic Covid-19.
