These populations "have no knowledge of the powers that should exist in a society, namely the executive, legislature and judiciary, while any opposition to the Polisario Front's policy is killed," adds the publication. 

 Jorge Batista notes that the people of Tindouf live on international aid, "but without any progress in the quality of life, while Polisario leaders travel the world by making propaganda".

He recalled that several countries of the African Union (AU) have withdrawn their recognition of the pseudo "Rasd", while the Arab League has left in the hands of the UN the responsibility to reach a political solution of this conflict which has only lasted too long.

The author of the analysis also notes that UN Security Council Resolution 2440 of October 2018 recognized Algeria's role as a fundamental element of the Sahara conflict settlement process, noting that, in fact, "The Algerian state, which is currently suffering from internal political and economic problems, arms, finances, indoctrinates and puts its diplomatic apparatus at the service of the Polisario since 1975".

He believes in this regard that "obviously, the Algerian actions obey strategic interests of the Algerian regime, but never for the benefit of the populations" held in Tindouf, observing that the so-called "Rasd" is recognized neither by Spain, neither by the European Union nor the United Nations.

And to add that the Tindouf camps in Algeria are "in fact a cemetery" for the populations who live there.
