The court ruled inadmissible the polisario's request that the EU Council should not have to negotiate an agreement with Morocco including the waters of the Moroccan Sahara.
The European court also ordered the polisario to bear its own legal costs and those incurred by the Council of the EU and the European Commission in this stillborn procedure.
