After kissing your hands, and expressing obedience and loyalty obligations, your servant Khalihenna Ould Errahid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, is honoured to submit to Your Majesty, a message of loyalty and gratitude, on the occasion of the conclusion of the Council’s first regular session.

 The mobilization expressed by your loyal members at the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, and the good echo received by your majesty’s wise initiative to reconstruct the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, will make us more attached to the national unity and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco. Majesty, we are fully prepared for the implementation of your sound guidance and brilliant instructions so that the Council, which is directly under your personal supervision and care, can fulfil its tasks in the best way. We take this opportunity to express to you, deep gratitude to this generous care. We look forward to God’s help in our mission for the best interests of the country.
