The Council has three work choices: what His Majesty asks it regarding consultation; what His Majesty asks it for the completion of some projects; and the proposal force enjoyed by the Council according to which it can examine several problems, particularly relating to the southern unity, territorial integrity and national unity to be submitted to the King.
