This new meeting, which was scheduled last December during the last round, runs until Sunday and brings together besides Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania and the Polisario.

    During the fourth round "the parties began talks following an innovative approach in order to create an environment that could be conducive to progress" in the negotiations.
