Professor Yahya al-Jamal, Egyptian constitutional scholar initiative, said that Moroccan autonomy for the Sahara is "scientifically studied and serves the benefits of all Moroccans, especially Sahrawi population", expressing hope that "serious" negotiations will begin about this initiative.
