Domestic Activities

the Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas), Khalihenna Ould Errachid, met on Wednesday, March 09, 2022 with an important delegation of the Congolese National Assembly chaired by Mrs. Tshomba Ntundu Colette, Deputy Rapporteur of the National Assembly on an official visit to Morocco.


CORCAS head discussed with the Congolese delegation the latest developments concerning the Moroccan Sahara issue and the aberration of the presence of a non-State within the African Union in total contradiction with international law, OAU Charter and Constitutive Act of the AU.
Furthermore, CORCAS chief recalled the permanent support of the autonomy initiative at the international level as a credible, serious and realistic solution to the artificial conflict around the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.

The meeting was attended on behalf of Corcas by the Secretary General Dr. Maouelainin Ben Khallihenna Maouelainin and Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat, member.
