Secretary General of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Dr. Maouelainin Ben Khalihanna Maoulainin, participated Thursday at the symposium organized by the Chamber of Advisers on the theme "Integrated Development of the Southern Provinces" at the Palace of Congresses in Dakhla , in partnership with the three regions of the southern provinces under the aegis of HM King Mohammed VI.


The participants in this important conference include Speake of the House of Councilors,  Minister of Culture and Communication,  Secretaries General of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council of the National Council for Human Rights,  Wali general manager of the local authorities,  presidents of the parliamentary groups of the second chamber, in addition to the Wali and governor of Aousserd, as well as Presidents of the region and elected Councils of the region of Dakhla Oued Eddahab, as well as many local elected representatives and economic actors and civil society and the press.


This conference was an opportunity to evaluate the progress of the projects and programs of the new model of development in the southern provinces that HM King Mohammed VI launched in 2015.


The participants also debated dimensions of this socio-economic, political and rights development, including the momentum , promising dimension induced by the realization of autonomy system of the Sahara region, given that this management offers a wide margin of maneuver at all levels to Sahrawis and their elected representatives.
