The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, met Monday, March 26, 2018, with a delegation of Moroccan students living in Spain, which is preparing to visit the Moroccan Sahara in a few days.

CORCAS chairman made a presentation to the delegation of 40 students and seven accompanying persons on the artificial conflict over the Sahara and its current developments as well as on prospects for a political solution proposed by Morocco for the negotiations held under the auspices of the United Nations to put an end to this conflict.

The visit by young Moroccans residing in Europe to the southern provinces, especially in the city of Dakhla is an initiative organized with the collaboration of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME).

This initiative aims to mobilize young Moroccans living abroad to defend the territorial integrity of Morocco and bring them as close as possible to the reality of the Sahara and Saharawis, as well as the momentum that this country is experiencing currently.

The meeting was attended by Mr Khaddad El Moussaoui Vice-chairman and Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat, CORCAS Member.
