El Othmani welcomed the meeting of the Steering Committee of this program, launched by the King for a budget of 77 billion MAD, according to Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament and Civil Society, Government spokesman Mustapha El Khalfi at a press briefing held at the end of the Council meeting.

On this occasion, the Head of Government welcomed the ministers who carried out field visits to several regions in order to learn about the progress of development programs and to get in touch with citizens, added Mr. El Khalfi.

The Head of Government announced the launch of a program of visits to the regions in the near future and communication with the regional and provincial councils to learn about the various development projects and learn about the most important economic sectors, ensure equitable development, with priority being given to the most vulnerable regions, he said.

The program will begin with the visit of the Beni Mellal-Khénifra region, in the presence of ministers concerned with development programs, added the government spokesman.
