The Office Manager of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs Mr. Hassan Sbai passed away this Wednesday November 25, 2020.
Following this painful occasion, CORCAS Chairman, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid and Secretary General, Dr. Maoulainain Ben Khalihenna Maoulainain, members of the Council, and all colleagues extend sincere condolences to family members and relatives of the deceased, May God have mercy upon him.
