“Morocco, an art gallery in the desert” is an online exhibition, organized from June 4 until July 31 by Cervantes Institute in Morocco, in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in Morocco and Cervantes Institute from Tunis and Oran.

According to a press release from the Cervantes Institute in Morocco that reached MAP on Monday, this exhibition will be available on the web pages: https://rabat.cervantes.es/ and will be in Arabic .
It consists of 19 photographs by photographer and adventurer Juan Antonio Muñoz, which reflect different aspects of life in the desert, including multiple appearances of “clean virgin desert, without human intervention” and “scenes from everyday life, meetings and residents of the Moroccan desert,  ”the statement said.

“As we look at the photos of this exhibition, the desert scenery seems incessant. At each hour the representation is different, with plays of lights which constantly modify the forms and colors. A visual gift with symmetrical elements that are constantly repeated in perfect geometry. The dunes can create authentic art galleries limited only by the sky and the horizon line, "said the same source.

Juan Antonio Muñoz, a tireless traveler, writer and photographer, is one of the most famous people on adventure in Spain. In 2015, he received the 2015 Morocco Trophy from the Moroccan National Tourist Office for his photographic and cultural contribution to this country and its traditions. He created the UNESCO book "Morocco, cultural and natural heritage", which he published in collaboration with Gas Natural.-
