It took place at the Dakhla Convention Center with the central theme "Africa and South-South Cooperation: Improving Governance and Living Conditions of People", also tackling "Morocco's role regionally and internationally".

The plenary session Friday morning was marked by the reading of the message that HM the King addressed to 3500 participants, representing some 43 international and regional organizations from 162 countries making this forum and Dakhla a real laboratory of Africa of tomorrow, as estimated by the presentation note by organizers.

Among the themes on which the forum's panels are devoted are "emancipation of women in political and economic frameworks", "Food and nutritional security for all and sustainable agriculture in Africa", "Urban management global challenge,  challenge for Africa ","integration and emancipation of youth ", " development of Afro-Asian partnerships in new growth sectors " and " Migration: factors of development and opportunities. "

Several prominent figures from the world of politics, economics and business from America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia participate in the Crans Montana forum in Dakhla.
