The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, met Tuesday, October 31, 2017, with Speaker of the Parliament of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Moustapha Cisse Lô, who is visiting Morocco at the head of a large delegation October 26-31.
The talks between CORCAS chairman and his guest from Burundi, talked about the latest developments in the Moroccan Sahara issue, as well as on prospects of action of the Kingdom within the African Union, especially with the return of Morocco to the organization as an act of great importance, in view of the position of the Kingdom in Africa and internationally.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Maouelainin Ben Khallihenna Maouelainin, CORCAS Secretary General, Mr. Khaddad El Moussaoui Vice-chairman and Mr. Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat, CORCAS Member.
