The development model of the southern provinces is a "message of hope" for young people in search of salvation and deliverance from the state of despair that prevails in Tindouf camps, said Thursday in Rabat, Said MinisterDelegate in charge of Relations with Parliament and Civil Society, Government Spokesman, Mr. Mustapha El Khalfi.
Mr El Khalfi, who was responding at a press briefing to a question on the increasing flight of young people from the Tindouf camps, said that attempts to escape reflect the impact of desperation in Tindouf camps.
The Speech by HM King Mohammed VI in Laayoune, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Green March, highlighted that the development model of the southern provinces is a message of hope for these young people, - he explained during this press briefing following the meeting of the Council of Government, held under the chairmanship of the head of the government, Mr. Saad-Eddine El Othmani.
Morocco, El Khalfi added, adopted a policy of making the southern provinces a model of hope, noting that the Kingdom, under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, made 2016 the year of determination and 2017, that of progress in project implementation, not only at the national level, but also at the international and African levels.
The situation and the bitter reality in the Tindouf camps can not be hidden in the era of the Internet and means of communication, El Khalfi concluded.
