The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas), is represented by its Vice President Kheddad El Moussaoui, within the delegation of the Kingdom of Morocco, which participates in the Caribbean Regional Seminar 2021 in Saint John, Dominica.

This seminar, which takes place August 25 through 27, 2021, is held in the context of the beginning of the Fourth International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism (2021-2030).

The seminar is being held under the auspices of the Special Committee of 24 with the central theme of "Charting a dynamic course for decolonization at the beginning of the Fourth International Decade and in light of the coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19), through commitment to mandate, collaboration, pragmatism and agility."

The conclusions and recommendations of this seminar will be considered by the Special Committee and then forwarded to the General Assembly.

Corcas is contributing within the participating Moroccan delegation, as it has done in previous sessions, to the consolidation of Morocco's position on the treatment of the national question.

The Seminar, initially scheduled for May 19-21, was postponed due to the situation related to the coronavirus pandemic.
