In these sad circumstances, the Sovereign expresses to the members of the deceased's family and to all his relatives, as well to the sons of the Yagout tribe in the dear southern provinces, his heartfelt condolences and his sincere feelings of compassion following this cruel loss, praying the Almighty to have the late Rahali in his holy mercy, to welcome him in his vast paradise and to grant his family members patience and comfort.
HM the King recalls the human qualities and the sincere patriotism of the deceased who dedicated his life to serve his country with abnegation and to defend the Kingdom’s sovereignty and territorial integrity with an unwavering attachment to the glorious Alaouite Throne and to the constants of the Nation, in addition to his intellectual and literary contributions which have enriched the authentic Saharawi legacy.
The Sovereign prays God to reward the deceased for his commendable services to his loved ones and his country and welcome him among the martyrs and the virtuous.
