Bahrain will always stand on the side of Morocco against any attack on its sovereignty and territorial integrity, said Tuesday a statement issued by the Bahraini ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The ministry expressed, on this occasion, its appreciation for the efforts of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to resume negotiations aimed at finding a final solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue, based on compromise and UN Security Council resolution N° 2468, as well as the relevant international resolutions on the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.
